FERRIDAY — Services for Glenn A. Finley, 55, of Houston, Texas, who died Tuesday, Aug. 28, 2012, at his residence, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Doty Road Church of God in Ferriday.

Burial will follow at the church cemetery under the direction of Concordia Funeral Home in Ferriday.

Visitation will be from 10 to 10:45 a.m. Saturday at the church.

Mr. Finley was born Sept. 20, 1957, in New Orleans, the son of Issac Matthew and Odell Finley.

He was preceded in death by his mother; grandparents, Cicero Finley Sr. and Ethel Finley; two aunts, Janie Banks and Leola James; and two uncles, Cicero Finley Jr. and Tommy Finley.

Survivors include his father of Kentwood, La.; one sister, Florette Williams; one brother-in-law, Larry Williams; two nieces, Tristaca and Shannel Williams; one nephew, Delvin Williams; one great-niece, MaKayla Streamer, all of Houston; two aunts, Mary Branch of Chicago and Emma Lawrence of New Orleans; three uncles, Vernell Finley and wife, Sadie, of Monterey, Larine Finley and wife, Gloria, of Houston and Ellis Johnson and wife, Veotria, of Shreveport, La.; and his godmother, Anna Stevenson of Shreveport.
