Late Thursday night, Adams County sheriff’s deputies arrested Aldrick Minor, 20, 99 Old Meadow Road and charged him with murder in the shooting death of Anna Loftin Blank, 27. His brother, Liondell Minor, 21, 29 Myrtle Drive, was arrested and charged with accessory after the fact to murder.

&uot;We are certain that we have the shooter and his accomplice, and no more arrests are (expected,)&uot; said Adams&160;County Sheriff Tommy&160;Ferrell.

&uot; The investigation and witness statements indicated (the Minors) may have been involved,&uot; Ferrell said.

Ferrell could not give specifics on the murder except to say it was drug related. &uot;We believed from the investigation the motive may have been a vendetta,&uot; Ferrell said.

He would not comment on the nature of the vendetta or on an earlier statement from Blank’s mother that her daughter had been working undercover for narcotics officers. &uot;I cannot comment on anything anybody said outside the investigation,&uot; Ferrell said.

Deputies charged Liondell Minor with accessory after the fact to murder because he is not believed to have pulled the trigger.

&uot;We suspect that a getaway vehicle was driven, and he possibly could have been the driver of the getaway vehicle,&uot; Ferrell said.

Blank is believed to have died shortly after 1 a.m. Monday, six hours before deputies arrived on the scene. Adams County Coroner James Lee said he still awaiting the results of toxicology reports on the victim.

Both suspects were being held at the Adams County jail on $500,000 bonds Friday.
