NATCHEZ — Services for Jessie Arthur Miller, 88, of Liberty, who died Monday, July 2, 2012, at Liberty Community Living Center, will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Melrose Avenue Church of Christ.

Burial will follow in Sunset View Memorial Park.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until service time at the church.

Mr. Miller was born Aug. 5, 1923, the son of Horace and Medie Gibson Miller.

He was preceded in death by his parents; two wives, Affer Lee and Anna Miller; one son, Andrew Miller; seven brothers and three sisters.

Survivors include 14 children, Jessie Miller and wife, Deborah, of Tracy, Calif., Medie McClain of San Juanito, Calif., Gloria Weathersby of Beaumont, Calif., Clyde Miller and wife, Elize, of Oakland, Calif., Peggy Jones and husband, Richard, of Fort Walton Beach, Fla., Mary Miller of Wake Forrest, N.C., Maggie Givens of Raleigh, N.C., Tracy Patterson of Lawrenceville, Ga., McGraw Miller and wife, Carla, of Crosby, Elaine Rogers of Crosby, Jessie Matthews of Jackson, Fay Robinson and husband, Simon, of Biloxi, Catherine Alexander of Biloxi, and Connie Merrick of Natchez; 39 grandchildren and a number of great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
