Friday, June 8:

James C. Carlson, 38, pleaded guilty to public drunkenness. Sentenced to 10 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $294.

Dejuan T. Davis, 18, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor possession of marijuana. Driver’s license suspended for six months. Fine set at $464.

Shaquille K. Doss, 20, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor possession of marijuana. Driver’s license suspended for six months. Fine set at $464.

Mario L. Hartwell, 19, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor possession of marijuana. Driver’s license suspended for six months. Fine set at $464.

Friday, June 22:

Brenda Jean Grear, 52, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor false information. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $394.

Lisa Ann Douglas, 40, pleaded guilty to disturbing the peace. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $344.

Monday, June 25:

Kenneth Perry, 46, charged with simple assault – domestic violence. Case remanded to files – victim to be here Wednesday. No contact order in effect.

Donta Chaston Nix, 32, pleaded guilty to shoplifting – 2nd offense. No sentencing or fine set.

Renna Riggs, 45, pleaded guilty to shoplifting – 1st offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from Payless. Fine set at $444.

Wednesday, June 27:

Lonnie Jackson pleaded no contest to petit larceny. Sentenced to 60 days suspended for two years pending good behavior. Fine set at $600.

Kedreaunna D. Gamble, 20, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor false information. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $394.

Frederick L. Galler, 39, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct – failure to comply with officer. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $444 minus $50. Must pay a fine of $394. Galler, was also charged with public drunkenness. That case was remanded to files.

Jabary Andrea Nelson, 33, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct – failure to comply with officer. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $444 minus $50. Must pay a fine of $394.
