Married for 50 years, the Sanguinettis have volunteered with many church and school activities. Mrs. Sanguinetti’s volunteer work includes membership in several committees at St. Mary Basilica, and she has volunteered with the Guardian Shelter, Stewpot and the Natchez Opera Festival. Mr. Sanguinetti has volunteered with the church, school and community. “They set such a strong example for young people to give much of their time and love unselfishly,” their daughter writes. “They live by the conviction, ‘give back to your church and school more than you receive.'”
