Janitra Chatman, 18, charged with alcoholic beverage possession by a minor. Changed to a warning by officer.

Charles Woods Jr., 21, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor possession of marijuana amended to disturbing the peace by recommendation of officer. Driver’s license suspended for six months. Fine set at $514.

Avantria Beverly pleaded guilty to disturbing the peace. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $369.

Anthony G. Jackson, 20, pleaded guilty to disturbing the peace. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $344.

Monday, June 11:

Arthur Jenkins, 24, pleaded guilty to no driver’s license. Sentenced to five days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $350. Jenkins, 24, charged with disturbance of a family – domestic violence. Case dismissed – neither officer nor victim appeared. No contact remains in effect.

Deonice M. Jones, 28, found not guilty of felony malicious mischief, which was reduced to misdemeanor malicious mischief. Mutual no contact order remains along with defendant no allowed within 50 feet from vehicle.

Jerry Wallace, 46, charged with simple assault – domestic violence. Case dismissed.

Dorothy Perry, 50, pleaded guilty to shoplifting – 1st offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $444.

Richard Frazier pleaded guilty to simple assault – domestic violence. Sentenced to 30 days with 29 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. To serve 24 hours in jail. Fine set at $594.

Bernard Tradewell pleaded guilty to simple assault – domestic violence. Sentenced to 30 days with 29 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. To serve 24 hours in jail. Fine set at $594.
