Ask Pat Bivings how many meals she has served at the Concordia Council on Aging and she will reply with a shrug. In fact, she has served so many that she can’t begin to imagine. Bivings volunteers at the lunch site on Texas Street in Vidalia serving meals to senior citizens throughout the parish.
