NATCHEZ &045; Walter J. Turner has withdrawn as a candidate for supervisor in Adams County District 5.

&uot;I am withdrawing my candidacy Š due to the relocation of my employment with International Paper Co.,&uot; Turner said in a statement. &uot;I have ideas and concerns for District 5 that I will be glad to share with other candidates that could be beneficial in improving economic development.

&uot;I know that with prayer and hope Adams County and the surrounding areas will survive the difficult times.&uot;

Turner said he would miss living in Adams County, and he thanked his supporters for their help.
