VIDALIA — A Concordia Parish Sheriff’s Office vehicle reported stolen last week was found parked on the side of the road in Vicksburg Monday.
According to a CPSO press release, Warren County Sheriff’s Office deputies discovered the 2002 Blue Chevy Tahoe, which was parked at 100 E. Cottondale Road in Vidalia when it was stolen. The vehicle is in good condition, but the eyewitness camera was stolen from the interior.
The vehicle will be returned to the CPSO when Warren County completes its portion of the investigation.
“We’re extremely grateful to the staff of the Warren County Sheriff’s Office,” Sheriff Randy Maxwell said. “They’ve been extraordinarily helpful in this investigation.”
