Miss-Lou students prepare for graduation events

Miss-Lou seniors will be heading towards the future as they receive their high school diplomas this week and next week.

Ferriday High School will graduate 80 seniors at 7 p.m. today at the football field, or in the gym if it rains.

Co-Valedictorians Sharina Mayes and Jokora Martin and Salutatorian Latasha Cain will be the graduating speakers.

Parking will be available in the parking lot in front of the school.

Vidalia High School will be graduating 76 seniors at 7:30 p.m. Friday on the football field or gym in case of rain.

Valedictorian Emily Beard and Salutatorian Caleb Roberts will be the graduating speakers.

It is recommended by school officials that those attending Vidalia graduation arrive as early as possible and park in front of the school.

Monterey High School will hold graduation at 6 p.m. Friday in the gym and Huntington High School at 7 p.m. on the football field

Natchez High School, Adams County Christian School and Cathedral School will all be held at 7:30 p.m. Friday, May 23.

In the case of rain, Natchez High School will hold its graduation on Saturday, May 24 on the field.

ACCS will hold its graduation at First Baptist Church of Natchez on D’Evereux Drive and Cathedral’s graduation at St. Mary Basilica on Union Street.

Trinity Episcopal Day School’s graduation will be held at 8 p.m. Friday at Trinity Episcopal Church on Pearl Street.
