Juli Gilbert of Sibley and Darrell Price of Monroe, La., were married Saturday, April 28, 2012, at the home of the bride in Sibley, with the Rev. Kevin Dixon officiating.

Parents of the couple are Barney and Shirley McCallister of Natchez, the late Luther Gilbert, John and Sue Rankin of Brandon, Sue Price and the late Eddie Price of Natchez.

Music for the ceremony was provided by Bruce Collier of Greensburg, La., and Kaelin Daye of Natchez.

The bride was given in marriage by her stepfather, Barney McCallister. She wore a strapless tea-length gown of ivory satin with a pearl and crystal bodice.

The bride carried a bouquet of red roses with one white rose in memory of her father.

Sen. Melanie Sojourner of Natchez was matron of honor.

Lance Anders of Brandon was best man.

A reception was at the home of the bride following the ceremony. Assisting at the reception were Mary Douglas, Jeanette Neely, Sandra Sojourner and Diane Kirby.

After a wedding trip to Augusta, Ga., the couple will live in Monroe.
