NATCHEZ — The U.S. Department of Agriculture Office of Rural Development will have a homebuyer fair from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. June 14 to help potential low-income homebuyers understand what their purchasing and financing options are.

The fair will help the homebuyers determine if they are eligible for USDA Rural Development home loans and will help them begin the pre-application process, USDA Rural Development Area Specialist Leatha Smith said.

Low-income is determined by standards set by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, Smith said.

The fair will be at 110 Northgate Road, Suite B.
