One man injured in motorcycle accident

LAUREN WOOD/THE NATCHEZ DEMOCRAT — A deputy with the Adams County Sheriff's Office talks to another deputy at the scene of a motorcycle and car accident around 10:30 p.m. Saturday night at the corner of Lynda Lee Drive and Old Washington Road.

NATCHEZ — One man has been transported to an out-of-town hospital by emergency helicopter after a motorcycle accident.

Emergency responders were called to Lynda Lee Drive near Central School at approximately 10:30 p.m. Saturday night.

The initial report said a motorcycle and pick-up truck were involved, however damage to a truck was unclear on the scene.

A motorcycle was clearly damaged on the roadway. The victim was reportedly conscious while emergency responders attended to him.
