FERRIDAY — A suspiciously parked vehicle led to the arrest of a Monroe man in Ferriday.
Manuel L. Seals, 46, was arrested on charges of felony possession of stolen property after a Concordia Parish Sheriff’s deputy spotted a 2005 Dodge Magnum parked behind a Fudickar Street residence in a way that suggested it was being hidden, according to a news release from the CPSO.
Seals was arrested after the deputy checked the Louisiana Justice Network and the National Crime Information Center and discovered the vehicle had been reported stolen.
Seals reportedly said he was borrowing the vehicle from a relative, the release said.
He was detained on a $25,000 bond.
