NATCHEZ — Memorial services for Norma Sue Willis, 79, who died Friday, April 27, 2012, at Natchez Regional Medical Center, will be at 4 p.m. Friday at Laird Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Scott Green officiating.

Visitation will be from 3 p.m. until service time Friday at the funeral home.

Arrangements are under the direction of Laird Funeral Home.

Mrs. Willis was born Feb. 4, 1933, in Parker, Fla., the daughter of J.D. and Mary Madge Adkins Allen. She was retired from Natchez Market after a number of years of service and always missed her co-workers and customers.

Mrs. Willis was preceded in death by her parents; one son, Kenny Willis; and one daughter, Kathy Ratliff.

Survivors include one granddaughter, Karen Burt, who she raised as her daughter, and one son-in-law, Shelby Ballard of Natchez.

Sue dedicated her life to her family, friends and pets. She had a special group of friends, and you know who you are, that was with her to the end. Thank you for that.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to a charity of choice.
