NATCHEZ — Services for Marie McCarstle, 81, of Woodville, who died Tuesday, March 13, 2012, at Glenburney Nursing Home, will be at 2 p.m. today at Woodville Baptist Church with the Rev. Rob Muncy officiating.

Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery in Woodville under the direction of Laird Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until service time today at the church.

Mrs. McCarstle was born June 10, 1930, in Franklin County, the daughter of Roy McKinney and Lula Mae Bedford McKinney. She was a member of Woodville Baptist Church. She was also the office manager for Mac’s Air Conditioning Service in Doloroso for a number of years.

Mrs. McCarstle was preceded in death by her husband, Mac McCarstle; one granddaughter, Anna Blank; four sisters; and one brother.

Survivors include two daughters, Bootsie Loftin of Woodville and Sheryial Tregre and husband, Armand, of Reserve, La.; two sons, Theodore McCarstle Jr. and wife, Ceil, of Monterey and Wayne McCarstle and wife, Janett, of Woodville; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; one sister, Versie Griffin of Bude; and a special family friend, Dorene Fos and her children.

Pallbearers will be Acie Murry, Arron Tregre, Thomas Tregre, Bobby Smith, Mark McAndrews and Ricky Anders.

Honorary pallbearers will be Cliff McCarstle and Jack Sims.
