BEN HILLYER | THE NATCHEZ DEMOCRAT — Taking advantage of the rare occasion when the river is so low that it exposes sand along the riverfront, Beer and Williams begin to build a sand castle near the water’s edge.
NATCHEZ — Bernice Beer and her 8-year old grandson Joshua Williams didn’t have to travel very far to the beach for Spring break — they traveled to the beach on the Vidalia Riverfront Tuesday afternoon.
