Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Weaver of Belzoni announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Anna Katherine to Calvin Philip Poole III, son of Calvin Philip Poole Jr. of Natchez and Cecilia Sessums Little and B.E. Lee Little of Brandon.

The bride-to-be is a 2004 graduate of Indianola Academy and a 2009 graduate of the University Medical Center in Jackson with a master’s degree in occupational therapy. She is currently employed by Select Medical.

She is the granddaughter of Mrs. Betty Hancock and the late Mr. William Hancock of Moorhead and the late Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Weaver of Grenada, formerly of Moorhead.

The groom-to-be is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. James Irvin Sessums of Lena and Mrs. Carmen H. Poole and the late Mr. Calvin Philip Poole Sr. of Natchez.

He is a 2000 graduate of Brandon High School and a 2005 graduate of University of Southern Mississippi with a bachelor’s degree in education/coaching. He also earned a masters degree in education from William Carey University. He is employed at Germantown Middle School.

The wedding will be at 3 p.m., Saturday, March 10, 2012, at Moorhead Baptist Church. No invitations will be sent. All friends and family are cordially invited to attend.

Following a honeymoon cruise, the couple will live in Ridgeland.
