RIDGELAND-Services for Mile
H. Byrd, 85, of Ridgeland,
formerly of Natchez, who died
Wednesday, March 1, 2006, at
the Nichols Center in Madison,
will be held at 2 p.m. today, at
Ridgeland Chapel of Wright and
Ferguson Funeral.
Burial will follow in Parkway
Memorial Cemetery under the
direction of Wright and Ferguson
Funeral Home.
Visitation will be held from noon
Saturday until time of service at
the chapel.
Mr. Byrd was born in Lincoln
County and made his home in
Natchez for many years before
moving to Ridgeland in 1995. He
was a retired mechanic with
Chevron Oil Company with 30
years of service. He was a
member of Pine Lake Baptist
Church. He was a member of
the Army No. 1 Masonic Lodge
in Natchez, No. 1 Natchez
Council, Roselee Commandry
No. 5 and he was a Shriner with
Wahabi Temple. Mr. Byrd was a
veteran of World War II having
served in the U.S. Army in
England and North Africa.
He was preceded in death by
his wife Mary Alice Byrd.
He is survived by two sons,
Kenneth Byrd of Brandon and
David Byrd of Madison; one
grandson, Brett Byrd of Madison.

Methodist Church in
Washington, Ms 39120.

Saturday at Beulah Baptist

Burial will follow in the Natchez
City Cemetery under the
direction of Webb Funeral
Home.

Reed, 105, of Natchez, who died
Monday, Feb. 27, 2006, at
Glenburney Nursing Home, will
be held at noon Saturday at St.
Paul AME Church with the Rev.
J. Quinn officiating.
Burial will follow in the church
cemetery under the direction of
Webb Funeral Systems.
Visitation will be held from 10
a.m. until time of service on
Saturday at the church.
She is survived by three
daughters, Addie V. Reed,
Erenstine Burkes and Deborah
Whitley Brazley and husband
Larry; one son, George A. Reed
Sr.; eight grandchildren and 11
great-grandchildren.

Fuller St. Germain, 44, of Fort
Worth, Texas, who died
Saturday, Feb. 25, 2006, were
held at 11:30 a.m. today at
Greenwood Chapel.
Charles was born July 19,
1961, in Midland, Texas. He was
a 1979 graduate of Trinity
Episcopal Day School in
Natchez. He received his
bachelor of fine arts in speech
communication from Texas
Christian University in Fort
Worth in 1985. Charles worked
five years for the Star-Telegram
as a system specialist. He loved
photography and capturing life
on film.
He was preceded in death by
his grandparents, Charles
Browning Sloan and Charlotte
Schidt Merrill and Raymond
James and Isabel Fuller St.
Germain.
He is survived by his
daughters, Catherine Alise St.
Germain and Jacqueline
Jolicoeur St. Germain, both of
Fort Worth, Texas; parents,
Raymond James and Charlotte
Sloan St. Germain of Wimberly;
a friend, Kim Aulik; siblings,
Raymond St. Germain and
sister-in-law Jackie of Houston,
Marcie St. Germain of Katy,
Texas, Susan Hopkins and
brother-in-law Randy of Fort
