Mr. Andrew Roby and Ms. Patzy “Pam” Marks Roby announce the engagement of their daughter, Rebecca Lynn Roby to Andrew Monroe Ratcliff III, son of Mr. and Dr. Andrew Ratcliff Jr., all of Baton Rouge.

The bride-to-be is a graduate of University High School, University of Alabama and Louisiana State University Graduate School. She is employed by Rebel Stamp and Sign Company as a sales and marketing consultant. Rebecca was presented by the Baton Rouge Assembly and is an active member of the Junior League of Baton Rouge.

She is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Joe A. Marks of Baton Rouge and the late Mr. and Mrs. Max Roby of Jonesboro, La.

The groom-to-be is a graduate of Catholic High School, Louisiana State University and Southeastern Louisiana Graduate School. He is employed by TDC, LLC as a logistics specialist. He is a member of Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society.

He is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Joseph F. Hildebrand of Jackson, Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Monroe Ratcliff Sr., and the late Joyce C. Ratcliff of Natchez. The wedding will be at 7 p.m., Saturday, March 3, 2012, at Congregation B’nai Israel in Baton Rouge.
