VIDALIA — The National Weather service in Jackson has issued a tornado warning for west central Concordia Parish and southwestern Catahoula Parish until 5 p.m.

Other locations in the warning include, but are not limited to Acme, Mayna, New Era and Wildsville.

A tornado warning means that a tornado is occurring or imminent.

A tornado watch remains in effect until 9 p.m. for northeast Louisiana and western Mississippi.
