Harris among top at LSU

Trinity Episcopal Day School alumnus Will Harris was recently named as one of the Louisiana State University’s Mortar Board Top 10 Freshmen students. The honor was presented during a recognition ceremony hosted by the LSU Honors College at the Lod Cook Alumin Center.
Also as a freshman, Harris was a member of the Honnors College Advocates, from whom he won a recruitment award.
Harris was also a member of the LSU Tiger Band, playing tuba. He was his pledge class’ president in the Kappa Kappa Psi band fraternity.
In the spring semester, Harris sang for as a member of the LSU Glee Club. He also was a staff photographer for the The Daily Reveille, where he was photo editor in the summer semester and assistant photo editor this fall. Next semester he will be the opinion editor for newspaper.
Harris is the son of David and Nathalie Harris of Natchez.
