FAYETTE — Services for Elvira Jackson, 84, of Fayette, who died Wednesday, Dec. 22, 2011, at the Jefferson County Hospital, will be at noon on Monday, Dec. 26, 2011, at Poplar Hill A.M.E. Church with the Rev. J. Thomas officiating.

Burial will follow in the church’s cemetery under the direction of Spencer Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the time of the service at the church.
