Join St. Mary for revival services

Come, Holy Spirit, fill the hearts of your faithful and kindle in us the fire of your love.
On behalf of the parishioners of St. Mary Basilica Parish, I warmly invite you, your family and friends to join us in attending our Parish Mission/Revival.
These days of spiritual renewal will be Sunday through Thursday at the Basilica on South Union Street.
Each day there will be a presentation at 6:30 p.m. followed by refreshments. Babysitting and transportation are provided. Please call the church office at 601-445-5616 for transportation.
The Mission, the Catholic term for what many of us know as a revival, is a preaching event designed to “Fire Up Our Spirit” for 2007.
Father Robert Halter, a Redemptorist priest from Chicago and our presenter, will invite us nightly into a deeper relationship with the Lord.
Wherever you may find yourself on your faith journey, our Mission offers opportunity.
Whether you are currently active in the life of our or your parish or church community, and you seek deeper insights and understandings to take your faith life to a new level, the Mission can afford you reflective time in the presence of God.
Or, if you are searching for some inspiration to get back to “regular” or “more regular” church-going and active involvement, the Mission promises to meet all of us at our individual level of spirituality and, hopefully, rekindle our fire.
Please bring your families and invite anyone whom you feel might enjoy this same opportunity for spiritual renewal.
You will, most surely, bless us by attending.
