I realize that I have brought this subject to your attention as well as the city; however, nothing has been done.

Memorial Park is a showcase for downtown yet it is neglected as far as permanent lighting is concerned.

There are spotlights on a couple of trees that either don’t work or they are disconnected.

With the beauty of this park enticing people to walk through or just sit and enjoy the surroundings, the city should take the time to survey what needs to be done and then do it without hesitation.
