Miss-Lou drivers need to follow road rules

I would like to address what seems to be the inability of some of my fellow drivers to use their turn signals.
For those of you not familiar with this object, it is usually a small stick — like switch attached to one’s steering wheel.
I am telling you this because it has become very apparent that some of you either don’t know or don’t care about this device. I have heard that people are supposed to use it to indicate either an impending turn or lane change.
These aspects of driving should not be thought of as covert operations. I would like to know what the vehicle in front of or to the side of me is about to do.
In fact, I want you to know when I am turning or changing lanes. I feel this is valuable information, to be shared like a smile or goodwill. So please embrace your turn signal, it is your driving companion and friend.
