Ashley Claire Kingsafer of Natchez and Jeffrey Drew Willis of Sylvester, Ga., were married Saturday, June 11, 2011, at Parkway Baptist Church in Natchez with the Rev. Jeff Brewer officiating.
Parents of the couple are Mr. and Mrs. Michael Gerald Pevey of Natchez, Mr. and Mrs. John Richard Kingsafer of Hattiesburg and Mr. and Mrs. Brian Willis of Sylvester.
Maternal grandparents are Mrs. Clyde Hill Ferrell Jr. and the late Mr. Ferrell and the late Mr. and Mrs. John Karlton Kingsafer, all of Natchez.
Paternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Carroll Cobb of Glenville, Ga., and the late Mr. and Mrs. Max Willis of Sylvester.
Music for the ceremony was provided by Mrs. Tamy Jackson and Mrs. Becky Stephens. Scripture reading was presented by Shea Pevey of Brookhaven.
The bride was given in marriage by her brother, John Ferrell Kingsafer, her father, John Richard Kingsafer and stepfather, Michael Gerald Pevey. She wore a couture design of ivory lace and tulle by Allure. The A-line gown featured a sculpted neckline of ruched tulle accented at the empire waist by Swarovski beading. Bands of lace cascaded down the sides of the gown flowing into a chapel-length train. Her finger tip veil of English net bordered with appliqued lace was previously worn by her mother.
Regina QaDan of Brandon was maid of honor. Amy Kingsafer of Natchez was matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Cassie Coward of Springhill, Tenn., Sarah Hanson of Orlando, Fla., and Katherine Russell of Lagrange, Ga. Ashlyn Willis of Sylvester, sister of the groom, was honorary bridesmaid. They wore floor-length tiffany chiffon gowns in black accented with off the shoulder cap sleeves and a wide ruched band at the waist.
Lynlee Claire Kingsafer of Natchez was flower girl.
Serving as best man was Justin Davis of Sylvester. Groomsmen were Clay Callaway of Hoover, Ala., Stephen Delk of Valdosta, Ga., Ferrell Kingsafer of Natchez, Merlin Paulk of Sylvester and Jayson Russell of Lagrange.
Ushers were Adam Whittington of Pearl and Jonathan Long of San Angelo, Texas.
Program attendants were Deanna McIlwain of Hattiesburg and Sammy QaDan of Natchez.
A reception was held at the Carriage House. After a western Caribbean cruise, the couple will live in Huntsville, Ala.
