The office opened with nine agents under the leadership of franchise co-owners and real estate agents Joe W. and Sue H. Stedman.

Together the Stedman team brings over 50 years of experience to the office. Joe Stedman holds the CRB and ALC designations and both have served on various committees and as members of the Mississippi Association of Realtors board of directors.
