ATLANTA — Funeral arrangements for Elizabeth Powell “Sister” Patt, of Jonesboro, Ga., who died Tuesday, Nov. 29, 2011, are incomplete at Willie A. Watkins Funeral Home Historic West End Chapel in Atlanta.

Mrs. Patt was the daughter of Louis and Bertha Powell of Lake St. John.
