Kelley recognized for Ruritan recruiting

Hattie H. Kelley as the president of the Linwood Circle Ruritan Circle, On-the-Move 4-H Club advisor, Working Together RuriTeen Club advisor, attended the Ruritan National Convention at the Galt House in Louisville, Ky., recently. For her dedicated work in the community, a certificate of appreciation was presented to Kelley in special recognition for recruiting 25 new associate Ruritan members for the Linwood Circle Ruritan Club. She also received a Gateway laptop computer. Kelley would like to thank local businesses, organizations and individuals whose contributions helped me reach her goal. “Without the generosity of the sponsors it would not have been possible,” she said. “Thank you, sponsors.”

Kelly will be attending 207 Youth Leadership Conference at the W.E. Skelton 4-H Education Conference Center, Wirty, Va., on July 20-22. All youth are welcome to attend this conference.
