We want to thank all voters who supported our Concordia Parish recreation tax renewal on May 5. Your “yes” vote showed us the confidence you have placed in us to continue to provide safe and healthy recreation for our community — children and adults. You have entrusted us to do this and we promise you that confidence will not be broken.

We are very excited about the programs we already have in place and the new projects we are actively working toward.

Our future visions for our district can now begin to take shape!

Those of you who were not so confident we want you to know it is our goal to continually work very hard to make our district a household word by our accomplishments. We challenge you to watch our work and our progress and to come to our meetings to have some input as to what you would like to see in our district. Let’s work together, so when the renewal rolls around again, we can make history by becoming the first district to pass a tax “unanimously.”
