CLEVELAND — Delta State student Aimee Guido a senior art major of Natchez, was recognized as the recipient of the Maxine Boggan Holcombe Art Scholarship.

The Maxine Boggan Holcombe Art Scholarship is awarded to an art education major with a minimum overall quality point average of 2.5 and 3.0 in art classes. The endowment fund has been established by friends of Maxine Boggan Holcombe, former associate professor of art at Delta State.

The scholarship was recognized during the Delta State University College of Arts and Sciences Recognition Luncheon held in the State Room of the H.L. Nowell Union.
