Marine Corps Sgt. Jimmie Johnson, son of Patricia Johnson and Jimmie Johnson, both of Natchez, recently reported for duty at Marine Corps recruiting station, New Orleans.

Johnson is a 2003 graduate of Natchez High School of Natchez and joined the Marine Corps in July 2003.
