Natchez native opens Tenn. architecture practice

NASHVILLE — Natchez native David Ogden Hefley recently opened his own architecture practice, David Hefley Architect, in Nashville, Tenn.
The firm will focus on residential and light commercial projects throughout the Southeast.
Hefley, the son of Ellen Ogden Hefley and Earl Hefley, is a 1995 graduate of Trinity Episcopal Day School. He earned his Bachelor of Science in architectural engineering technology from the University of Southern Mississippi in 1999 and his Master of Architecture from the University of Tennessee in 2002.
Hefley is a registered architect, a member of the American Institute of Architects, and a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design accredited professional.
Prior to having his own practice, Hefley was employed for five years with Everton Oglesby Architects in Nashville.
