Everyone is invited to the fair . . . the Co-Lin Natchez Campus 2007 College Fair.
Copiah-Lincoln Community College Natchez is happy to sponsor our 17th annual college fair Wednesday. More than two dozen college representatives, financial aid advisors, military recruiters and other agencies are scheduled to be on hand at the exciting event.
The activities will be from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 in the Redd/Watkins Vocational Technical Center. The whole community is invited to attend to meet with the representatives on hand. There is no charge to attend. Several local high schools are planning to bring groups of students, to explore their options for the future.
“This is an excellent opportunity for area students to meet and converse with recruiters and counselors from a wide range of colleges in the same place at the same time,” Co-Lin Natchez Dean Teresa Harrison said. “Of course, we’ll have our own Co-Lin representatives there, too.”
We have invited representative from most of the major public and private colleges and universities in both Mississippi and Louisiana, as well as representatives from all branches of the Armed Forces.
Representatives from the Mississippi Institutes of Higher Learning Office of Financial Aid, the Mississippi Teacher Center, Mississippi Job Corps, Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries, and Parks, United Mississippi Bank/Educations Services Foundation, and the U. S. Forest Service are also planning to attend.
Here is a list of the Mississippi schools who have been invited and traditionally send representatives: Alcorn State University, ASU School of Nursing, ASU School of Business, Belhaven College, Delta State University, Jackson State University, Millsaps College, Mississippi College, Mississippi State University, Mississippi University for Women, Mississippi Valley State University, Tougaloo College, University of Mississippi, University of Mississippi Medical Center, University of Southern Mississippi and William Carey College.

The following is a list of those invited: Grambling State University, LSU, Louisiana State University Alexandria, Louisiana Tech University, Nashville Auto-Diesel College, Northwestern State University, Southeastern Louisiana University, Southern University and University of Louisiana at Monroe.
