ROXIE — Services for Charles Edward “Buddy” Carradine, 49, of Meadville, who died Saturday, March 21, 2009, at Franklin Memorial Hospital in Meadville, will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Mount Olive Baptist Church in Roxie.
Burial will follow at the church cemetery under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home in Bude.
Mr. Carradine was born Oct. 22, 1958, in Franklin County, the son of Wardell Carradine and Cerlene Weathersby Carradine.
He was preceded in death by his father; one daughter, Adrain Carradine; one son, Kendrick Carradine; one sister, Doris Rodgers; and one brother, James Carradine.
Survivors include one son, Charles Jermaine Carradine; a loving and devoted mother, both of Roxie; four sisters, Florease Laird, Inez Staten, Essie Burton and Augustean “Stean” Chaney; one brother, Curtis Ray Carradine; and a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
