MONTICELLO, Ark. — Services for Benny J. Jefcoat, 59, of Monticello, Ark., who died Saturday, Oct. 8, 2011, at Drew Memorial Hospital in Monticello, will be at 10 a.m. Monday at the Immanuel Baptist Church in Monticello.

Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday at Wilson & Knight Funeral Home at 910 Mississippi 82 West in Greenwood.

Jefcoat was born Jan. 3, 1952, in Kilmichael, the son of Elmer Drew Jefcoat and Lillie Maureen King Jefcoat.

He was a supervisor for Food Giant Inc., a U.S. Army National Guard Veteran and a Baptist.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Jamie Jefcoat.

Survivors include two sons, Will Jefcoat and wife, Grace, of Greenwood and Griffin Jefcoat of Monticello; one daughter, Carley Pepper and husband, Josh, of Madison; two brothers, Tommie Jefcoat of Louisville and Larry Jefcoat of Cleveland; three sisters, Jimmie Lee Baldwin of Cleveland, Janelle Wren of North Richland Hills, Texas, and Annette Burchfield of Drew; and three grandchildren, Wood Jefcoat, Graham Pepper and Johnny Pepper.
