NATCHEZ — Isle of Capri Casino & Hotel recently gave awards to team members who go the extra mile.

Two long-term team members were recently recognized when they were each honored with a quarterly award.

Team member of the quarter was Angela Allen.

A team member since May, 2000, senior slot attendant Allen is, according to her supervisor, truly a team player.

“Angela always demonstrates the old saying that ‘there is no I in team,’” said Mike Lewis, director of casino operations. “She puts our guests first and consistently works with other departments to ensure that our guests have an enjoyable experience.”

Supervisor of the quarter was Celes Reason.

Also a team member since 2000, Reason is a supervisor in the food and beverage department.

Nominated by fellow supervisor, Tywanna Johnson, Reason is described as “the strength of the department. She is a determined, young supervisor that takes her job very seriously and has earned the respect of colleagues because she leads by example.”

“It is very important that we identify exceptional team members and their dedication to making Isle of Capri a great place for guests to visit,” said Jack Sours, vice president and general manager. “It is also an honor for Angela and Celes to have their contributions to the company recognized by their colleagues”
