Natchez — Barrett Nobile has been promoted to assistant vice president of United Mississippi Bank. Prior to joining UMB in December 2006, Nobile worked for the Department of Banking and Hope Community Development Credit Union.

Nobile graduated from Trinity Episcopal High School and received his bachelor’s in business administration from the University of Mississippi majoring in banking and finance and financial portfolio management. He is also a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at LSU, the FDIC Certified Examiner School and the National Credit Union Examiner School.

He is a member of the Natchez Rotary Club and Trinity Episcopal Church.
