WASHINGTON — Services for Rose Leah Saucier-McCranie, 53, of Natchez, who died Wednesday, Jan. 12, 2011, at Glenburney Nursing Home, will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Lighthouse Baptist Church in Washington.
Burial will follow at the Natchez City Cemetery under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home in Bude.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until service time Saturday at the church.
Mrs. McCranie was born Oct. 28, 1958, in Natchez, the daughter of Edward and Mary Zacchiroli Saucier.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Louise Saucier-Wilson and Ida Saucier-Eidt; and one brother, Billy Saucier.
Survivors include one loving daughter, Shannon McCranie; two devoted sons, Anthony McCranie and wife, Jacquetta, and Jason McCranie; two brothers, Edward Francis “Cookie” Saucier Jr. and wife, Sam, and Joseph Matthew “Fuggie” Saucier and wife, Carolyn; nine grandchildren, Cheyenne McCranie, Jordan McCranie, Zoey McCranie, Ezekiel McCranie, Haley Gregory, Kylie Lawrence, Dakota Wyant, Christian McCranie and Mercedes McCranie; and a number of other relatives and friends.
Pallbearers will be Anthony C. McCranie, Jason McCranie, Danny Craft, Joey Saucier, Jason Harvey and Keith Partridge.
