NATCHEZ — The Wal-Mart Supercenter Stores in Natchez and Vidalia have both reopened for normal business hours.
The Natchez Markets have reopened all of their locations except for Natchez Market No. 2 store located on U.S. 61 North, which is still without electricity. The stores will open at 7 a.m.
Supermarket Operations Manager Barry Loy said the stores will remain open until 10 p.m. if the curfew for the City of Natchez has been lifted.
Loy said no stores have milk but there is a small selection of perishable items like fresh foods and meats available. They also have some bread remaining.
“Everything is on a first come, first serve basis,” Loy said. “Everyone is getting food here as fast as they can.”
