2 Natchez men arrested for burglary in Jefferson County

JEFFERSON COUNTY — Two Natchez men have been arrested following the burglary of a house in the community of Jefferson County this week.
On Tuesday, Jan. 14, 56-year-old Louis Williams and 41-year-old William Thomas Lippert, both from Natchez, were arrested for grand larceny and burglary charges, Jefferson County Sheriff James Bailey said.
Both men are being held at the Jefferson County Detention Center, each with a bond of $50,000.
The incident remains under investigation and authorities say additional arrests are possible.
