NATCHEZ – Funeral services for Manuel Lee Sr., 67, of Ferriday, who passed away on Dec. 30, 2024, will be held on Saturday, Jan. 11, 2025, at Ambassador’s Outreach Center in Ferriday, at 2 p.m. with Bishop Stanley Searcy officiating under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Ferriday City Cemetery.

Visitation services will be held on Friday, Jan. 10, 2025, from 3 until 5 p.m. at Marshall Funeral Home Chapel Natchez and Saturday, Jan. 11, 2025, from 1 p.m. until service time at the church.

Manuel Sr. affectionately known as “Bubba” was born on Jan. 29, 1957, in Ferriday, to Freddie Lee Sr. and Elnora Washington Lee. Manuel Sr. “Bubba” was a dedicated worker for the Council on Aging for thirty-three years.

Manuel Sr. “Bubba” was preceded in death by his parents, Freddie Lee Sr. and Elnora Washington Lee; and one brother, James Simpson Sr.

Manuel Sr. “Bubba” leaves to cherish his memories: one daughter, LaShunda Lee Walker and husband, Cedric of Ferriday; two sons, Manuel Lee Jr. and wife, Cabrini of Katy, TX and Corey T. Lee of San Antonio, TX; one sister, Beulah Conner of Ferriday; two brothers, Freddie Lee Jr. and wife, Davie of Missouri City, TX and Henry Simpson Jr. of Ferriday; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
