NATCHEZ – A visitation service for Patsy Tamika Davis Wiley, 49, of Natchez, who died on Sunday, Dec. 8, 2024, in Natchez, was held on Monday, Dec. 16, 2024, from 5 until 6 p.m. at West Gate Funeral Home.

Burial followed at the Natchez National Cemetery at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 17, 2024, under the direction of West Gate Funeral Home.

Patsy was born on Jan. 18, 1975, in Natchez, the daughter of Cheryl Davis and Archie Carter. She was a 1993 graduate of Natchez High School and received her nursing degree from Alcorn State University in 2006. Patsy was a Registered Nurse. In her spare time, she enjoyed football, nursing, and listening to music.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Gerald Wiley, Sr., and grandparents, Evelyn Wright Davis, Malinda Oates, James Davis, and James Clark.

Patsy leaves to cherish her memories: her parents, Cheryl Davis, Archie Carter (Alda), and Leroy Bradford, Sr.; sons, Tavarres Davis (Marchaun) and Gerald Wiley, Jr.; daughter, Jakeria Davis-Henderson (Lawrence); brother, DaShaun Carter; sisters, Jamela Bradford (Traveles Sr.) and DeEtte Johnson; grandchildren, Keilan, Kanye, Keishaun, Lauryn, Loghan, Laurielle, Ta’Veah, and Azalea; and a host of aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.
