FERRIDAY – Funeral services for MacArthur Jones, 75, of Houston, TX, formerly of Vidalia, who passed on Dec. 1, 2024, at Houston Hospice, Houston, TX, will be held at 11 a.m., on Saturday, Dec. 7, 2024, at Kingdom Living Ministries (Doty Road), with Elder Marvin Tennessee officiating.

Burial will follow at Clayton Garden of Rest Cemetery under the direction of Concordia Funeral Home.

Visitation will be held from 3 until 5 p.m. at the funeral home.

MacArthur Jones was born on March 20, 1949, in Natchez, the son of Eddie and Viola Mosby Jones.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

MacArthur Jones leaves to cherish his memories: his wife, Marilyn Jones, of Ferriday; one daughter, Denise Jones-Thorn, of Houston, TX; and other family and friends.
