NATCHEZ — A driver is being evaluated at Merit Health Natchez for injuries he received when he somehow lost control of his vehicle and flipped over a guardrail on Broadmoor Drive.

The extent of the injuries is unknown at this time. The accident occurred just before 9 p.m. on Thursday night.

“Not sure what caused him to lose control of the vehicle, but he then hit the guardrail at a high rate of speed causing his vehicle to flip over and land in the front yard of 208 Broadmoor Drive,” Sheriff Travis Patten said.
