Chief: Daisy Street shooting ‘non-life threatening’

NATCHEZ — Residents near Daisy Street have reported to law enforcement hearing gunfire early afternoon on Sunday.
Natchez Police Chief Caroline Green confirmed the shooting but said she had few details at this time.
“There was a shooting, but it was non-life threatening,” she said.
More information will be released when it becomes available.
