NATCHEZ – Funeral services for Cedarrest Denzell Latham, 28, of Natchez, who passed away on Nov. 2, 2024, will be held on Friday, Nov. 8, 2024, at Pleasant Green Baptist Church in Natchez, at 11 a.m. under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home. Interment will follow at the Sunset View Memorial Park Cemetery.

Visitation services will be held on Thursday, Nov. 7, 2024, from 6 until 7 p.m. at the Marshall Funeral Home Chapel in Natchez and on Friday, Nov. 8, 2024, from 10 a.m. until the service time at the church.

Cedarrest was born on March 18, 1996, in Jackson, MS, to Kizzy Knight Robinson, and Karl Latham.

Cedarrest was baptized at Pleasant Green Baptist Church. He attended Adams County School District and Riverside Baptist School of Natchez.

Cedarrest was preceded in death by his grandmother, Tennessee Linston; grandfather, Bobby Neal Thornburg; uncle, Edward Knight, and aunt, Sheila Latham.

Cedarrest leaves to cherish his memory his mother, Kizzy, and Zac Robinson; his dad, Emmanuel Latham all of Natchez; brother, Emmanuel Latham Jr. (Lil Karl); sister, Lyric Larry; nephews, Karson King and Blaze White; grandmothers, Mary Coleman and Gwendolyn Robinson; great-grandmothers, Elizabeth Latham and Audrey Knight; great-grandfathers, Edward Knight, and Otis Hawkins; aunts, Tanya Hawkins, Shereda (Martell) Woods, Keyshia (Paul) Ford and Jackie; great-aunts, Shirley Campbell and Ester Hefner; uncle, Melvin Latham; great-uncles, Johnnie (Tammie) Knight, Robert (Tracy) Knight all of Dallas, TX; best friend, Jamal Green; a special friend, Christacia James; and a host of cousins and close friends whom he loved dearly.
