NATCHEZ — Witches, ninjas, princesses and all sorts of scary and adorable creatures took over Downtown Natchez on Saturday from Martin Luther King Jr. Street to the Natchez Bluff for Trick or Treat for Little Feet and Trunk ‘R Treat with the Grinch.
