Debbie was born in Natchez and was always proud of her hometown. The daughter of Johnny Earnest Shoalmire and Marjorie Tate Shoalmire.

Preceding her in death were her father, mother, and two brothers, Bobby Ray Shoalmire and Phillip Wayne Shoalmire.

Debbie is survived by her husband of forty-seven years, Mason “Russ” Green, and sons, Mason Lee Green III of Hattiesburg, and Austin Stewart Green, and wife, Sarah of Dallas.

Debbie was a registered nurse and served at Natchez Community Hospital until her retirement. She loved Jesus Christ and her family and helped co-host a Bible study at Grace Methodist Church in Natchez.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
